Mill Chase adjoins the settlement boundary of Bishops Waltham and it provides a natural extension to the town. The land boasts an exceptional backdrop without open country side, boarded by mature trees and a short walk to the town centre.

As part of our Landacre's package to promote the land we put forward a proposal to the landowner to include additional, under utilised land in order to maintain gross development value and meet the requirements for Bio-diversity Net Gain.
