Warwick Nurseries formed part of the first phase of housing delivery within the Barnham, Eastergate and Westergate (BEW) Local Plan allocation for 3,500 dwellings. Collaborating with the Church Commissioners and other adjoining landowners and promoters, Landacre played a central role with the design and coordination of the masterplan for phase 1.

 

We carried out complex cost viability assessments to secure fair and proportionate s106 financial contributions and planning permission was granted in December 2022. Landacre were highly commended by Barnham & Eastergate Parish Council for our willingness to communicate throughout the process. 

 

We sold the land to a regional house builder in May 2023. ​
